If I could rate this restaurant zero stars, I would. Hopefully, this review can either help the owners to make positive changes or to warn potential customers and save them a very frustrating experience. I HATE leaving bad reviews for local restaurants because it can hurt business. But... here we are. 6:00-arrive to restaurant. 6:15-placed online order for small thin crust pizza and meatball sandwich. Estimated wait time 40-50 min (long time but local business and usually worth the wait). Also with group of 8 who placed their own orders either online or in person. Good conversation and company makes long wait time easier to manage. 7:15- join line at register to check on food, see some upset customers. 7:30- cashier tells me wait time of 15-20min longer. With a smile, I ask them to please call my name when ready since I am seated in restaurant. Friend received a text alert that her online order was cancelled after waiting over an hr already. 7:50- Back up to register, told another 15-20 min but food is going into oven now. Frustrated but still remaining calm. 8:05- (1hr, 50min after placing order) checking on status of order. Staff cannot find my order ticket or food, searched

We had an extremely disappointing experience. We waited an hour and forty five minutes for a SINGLE pizza. Every time we asked for an update, we were told, “10–20 more minutes,” but that estimate kept getting pushed back with no real explanation or apology. After waiting too long, we decided to cancel our order, only to find out they refuse to issue refunds and will only provide a gift card for a future visit. Requiring customers to return after such a poor experience is frustrating and not good customer service. Unfortunately, the pizza itself wasn’t worth the wait, and the staff was rude and dismissive throughout the entire experience. Having worked in the service industry for years, I understand that delays happen, but communication, professionalism, and making things right are what matter. This restaurant fell short in every area. We also noticed several other customers dealing with the same long waits and poor service, so it clearly wasn’t an isolated issue. We won’t be returning, and based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here.

Excellent pizza. Can take awhile especially on a busy day/weekend. Tried the meat lover pizza and really liked it. Next time swap a topping (ie. sub mushrooms/olives for italian sausage) or order ahead a deep dish pizza to try.

Very solid pizza joint. They've been around a long time for a reason. Pizza made from scratch so plan accordingly - it is worth the wait. Outstanding crust with a superb amount of cheese & other toppings. Great, friendly service. Easy parking. The pickle pizza was outstanding! Give it a try.

Visiting from San Antonio we found this place on google looking for pizza places in the area. This came up as a recommendation. Glad it did. We came a little after lunch time. The employees were very nice and courteous. Our pizza and wings were delicious. The crust and undercarriage had a wonderful crisp to it. The cheese was flavorful, sauce was great, and wings were hot and juicy. This pizza joint has a nice, comfy, old school feel to it. It’s definitely a neat experience that reminds me of pizza parlors back in the day. I recommend this pizza parlor to anyone visiting the area.
